Firstly, I'm long moved on.... (and looking at a flat in the Tobacco warehouse as we speak) I was looking at the Docks and other sites when many here were probably voting for Kirkby and telling me and others in KEIOC to shut up and move on.....
Secondly, I didn't bring it up, so you're probably talking to the wrong person!

Tom you do realise £100m+ was just to fill the dock and foundations alone.
The stadium design and facilities are incredible, there's no other stadium in the UK which has what we're doing.
We all love goodison but it's time to move on.
The location it's self will have unprecedented value, please stop undermining and patronising something that is making people excited.
I'm pretty certain now that you and esk are sitting in a room thinking of the best ways to cause unnecessary distress.
I've never met the Esk ever. Although I have seen him comment on it, I can't say I'm that familiar with his views on the stadium.
I'm not sure what facilities you think BMD will have that no other stadium in the UK has. You'd have to enlighten me.
I agree, the location and the stadium itself should add great value.... and that is the main motive. The issue is whether or not that value will exceed the debt and/or whether the projected income is achieved and it exceeds any interest payments etc.
You both have the same derogatory mindset looking for reactions by negative causation.
The top seats have essentially full on "lazy boy" chairs with wide screens in front of them, something that's only seen in the mega stadiums in the USA.
The top tiers of hospitality sold out straight away, and their prices where ridiculous.
The lounges are essentially like New York style brick pent houses with no expenses spared. They also have views across the river.
The "all" is also offering affordable levels of hospitality to offer an incredible experience for those who have never been able to afford the amount of money for lounges in the past.
The standard seating is also going to share a stadium round concourse so you can meet people you know in other stands before, during and after with a vast array of food and drinks.
Please let me know your argument against the move?
I suspect the pattern coating on the facade is designed to 'enhance' overtime after exposure to the elements.I think it's there at the minute with the darker bricks but it's not very visibile so i expect that it will be enhanced later on.
I dont think that's representative.
IIRC that was a prototype in the worshop.
12 month delay in stadium build. Only Everton could manage this. How can your plans be a year out.
Absolutely sick of Everton. I'm 66 in August I'm never going to set foot in this stadium at this rate. A proper Circus we are.
There are only just over 400 box seats at BMD.... there are thousands at several UK stadiums. Often in their own elevated dedicated tiers with much larger lounge spaces over multiple levels. Loge type seating already exists at NWHL and I think they are being fitted elsewhere...... so apart from river views, there isn't really anything that isn't seen (often in far greater abundance) elsewhere.
As has been said, there isn’t a delay, not one single person at the club actually said we’d be playing there next season, it was always on course to be finished in 202412 month delay in stadium build. Only Everton could manage this. How can your plans be a year out.

It said one full season delay early this morning on SSN . Of course being Sky and Everton the reports have changed since 6:30. No doubt they'll shift dates regularly from now onThere's no 12 month delay at all mate so not sure where you've got that from.
Hmm . If you're 65 and confident you won't set foot in the stadium "at this rate" then you must be a very poorly man. Get well soon my friend. God bless12 month delay in stadium build. Only Everton could manage this. How can your plans be a year out.
