Domingo's is the restaurant that they hope to have open all the time, so us mere mortals would at least be able to book a table on a non-match day and see what it feels like with the views across the river.

I ran real ales pubs in London for a while...depends what beer it is really but an unpasteurised keg of beer can last about 45 to 60 days and pasteurised about 90 -120.
