I know it is meant to look like it has come up from the docks and it is meant to look like it has been there for donkies years but apart from the barrell roof and the glass, just does looks odd and looks like a mish mash. Will reserve my judgement until it is finished, don't like the panels between the brick though. Just looks odd.

I think the panels look smart tbf. Nice contrast to the brick. They're anodised aluminium so should stand up to the weather ok.

Why would they have brick facade obscured by the steps though? Think it's something else myself.
The steps defo go up to this level, you will see the facade under the steps. The stepped plaza goes up to level one and the other three floors are above the stepped plaza. Will look cool looking at the facade under the stepped plaza.
