Maintenance staff, including those for the pitch, safety systems and many other new features which aren't transferable as they aren't part of Goodison Park.

As you mentioned, there will be a lot of appointment for hospitality, concierge and many other aspects which will be new positions and this may take time.

Everton are planning on 'getting the keys' so to speak in December, but it isn't likely to be mid-January that we are playing competitive matches there.

And that's before the constant changes Everton are asking for... they're putting pressure on timeframes.

A football match staffing wise isn’t rocket science and the catering/ hospitality etc only need orientation work that can easily be done.

It's a good job it isn't rocket science, the thing would explode on the launch pad based on the interactions you have with the catering staff.

You don’t seriously think they won’t be involved before handover! There’s loads of things you can do before handover. The last month or so will just be snagging so it’ll allow access and I’m sure all that’s built into the plan. I agree with you that if it’s not ready it’s not ready but from Spurs you can see how fast it can happen for a mid season move. It’s been successfully done and has set a precedent with a larger stadium. Whether Everton can do it is another question.

I was in the Peoples Club for one match where they use to have some pies for sale at the top end of the bar,I asked why they werent selling them at this particular match and was told the fella who works the microwave hadnt turned in

It will have to be some wind break sat on the River Mersey banks Eggs - Poplar robustus I think - thats what we used for a good wind break in my first nursery I worked in ... lol

When you drive past Costco towards the south stand, that’s when you realise the size of the stadium. Dwarfs Goodison, Videos and pictures just don’t do it justice.
