Pitch one has be the best...the fact that people came on here andsuggesting that a world class stadium architect had designed the ground without thinking if the pitch would fit inside is probably up there with the dumbest things I've read.

The area was an oasis of beauty and calm and was a god send for the kite flyers and dog walkers. Everton FC rode roughshod over this peaceful Shangrila and we should all hang our heads in shame.

when they had that flag on the centre spot...I did some measurements and it comes up 7m short.

That's why the bottom terracing hasn't been put in I think.Currently chipping 3 rows off.
