To be honest not worried about Liverpool stepping in on the docks or trying to stop us, they didn't on Kings Dock, we blew that ourselves.
As for Peel the chances of them putting footy over money is pretty much none, serious companies like them don't mess about worring about things lie that, its all about the £££ and Moshiri has plenty.

there is no way they are getting a stadium at the docks, it just won't happen. there are too many of us to allow it to happen...paperwork going 'missing' administrative delays etc.
