Yes it would slow the build down but they tend to factor an element of weather into the schedule so overall I wouldn't expect the plan to vary too much. Clearly an extremely bad autumn/winter could alter that.

its already had one winter and we are still on track so I guess they been factoring in enough down time for bad weather
