New Everton Stadium

The real shame here is that Zaha Hadid has passed away. If we managed to get her to design a stadium, even the outline design, then everybody would sit up and take notice. Outside of that that, then it really should be, or hopefully will be, Arup or Fosters and Partners who take the design on. Both have history of designing and creating some of the worlds most iconic stadiums.
If Fosters and partners designs the stadium I recommend people brushing up on scifi-ships because they truly have made some amazing futuristic designs.. Took a look on google and just wow to some of the designs..

Could be HOK, another name in the mix.

Need to get Anish Kapoor involved.

By keeping it general and omitting specifics, I can post this genuine information on here. Someone I know and trust, who has nothing whatsoever to do with Everton, has seen a range of stadium design models for our new ground. This was about 6+ weeks ago. I'm sorry I can't tell you who he is, or in what capacity he was there, or where the models are. The models are in a secure environment at an office of a Moshiri company.

But I have provided more detailed information to The Esk because I know that the confidentiality will be maintained and it will enable him to build up a bigger jigsaw of corroborated information coming from elsewhere.

I was told that the stadium models were futuristic and stunning and the people there said that Moshiri's aim was to make an indelible mark of his personality upon the club's future. One of the visiting group tried to take a photo on their phone and got the full finger wagging and smacked wrist routine.

Thanks for the information mate.
I for one am hoping for a suprastadio design from a few pages back :)

If the Mosh wants this on the waterfront somewhere then that's were it will be!! There's no stopping this fella. The positivity around the club at the minute is boss.. Cant wait to see it;)

I'm just hopeful that it won't be a bog standard Barr Construction flat pack special. With Moshiri at the helm I'm very optimistic that it won't be!

Thanks for sharing, this sounds like we're in for something special, get the location right and we've arrived. I predict a meltdown on various forums including here if that happens.
