It’s a long video but very interesting all the same, now imagine they open that tunnel for rail, trams or long buses. It starts in edge hill and emerges just in front of Costco. Imagine if they opened all four tunnels

Yep, it’s just an urban explorer not a detailed assessment of viability cos probably too many hurdles. Shame really cos probably many tunnels built around same time still being used on the rail network today.
