No mate, Bramley Moore just to the North of Trafalgar Dock.

I'd be able to see that from my desk,Am sure the Reds in the office would love that.

As a non-local now, are Trafalgar, Bramley Moore, or any of these docks in a prime location? They seem a bit far from Liverpool One, The Echo Arena, Albert Dock, etc.

If there was an area on the dock that need needed life breathing into it I'd say it was Bramley but I'd also say it was still a prime spot.Its no more than an 8 minute walk from the liver buildings.

Have you seen around Old Traffod?

There are some stunning buildings and waterfront accommodation very very close to Old Trafford.... Mostly built and developed by Peel Holdings

serious question - why did the Rs decide to regenerate rather than consider a waterfront option?
Cheaper option perhaps, but lacks vision.

Hard to see where a stonking great stadium would fit in with these plans without a complete redesign. Would be amazed and delighted if this happened.
