New Everton Stadium

If there was an area on the dock that need needed life breathing into it I'd say it was Bramley but I'd also say it was still a prime spot. Its no more than an 8 minute walk from the liver buildings.

It's about 30 mins from the Liver building to Bramley Moore Dock.

2 points on Bramley Moore Dock. Where would a stadium go - would we be talking about filling in the dock itself?

It's a bit close to Sandon Dock sewage treatment works which stinks.

Maybe a really random point but i drive down the dock road of an evening and if im thinking of the right dock its quite close to the huge United Utilities plant (Sandon/Wellington dock) and it smells awful, especially in the summer.

I wouldnt want us to spend millions on a state of the art new ground only for the fans to spend the better part of 2-3 hours smelling sewage.

Just said the same. Because of this thread I was looking out for Bramley Moore docks tonight and as soon as I drove past the entrance the smell hit me straight away. There's no way I could sit breathing in that smell for hours and we wouldnt be able to do anything about the plant as they have just spent a fortune extending it.

I believe the plans show a huge fan behind the stand nearest the sewage works that will blow the whiff toward anfield.

The new stadium should have a big standing area behind the home end goal with no barriers so we can jump around and celebrate when we score.

We can call it the Mosh Pit.
