New stadium on the waterfront, with an above roof high Prince Rupert's Tower forming the main entrance to the ground for offices, players, media, dignitaries etc and right on top and above all else, every night, a very bright and powerful royal blue light rotating 360 degrees and buzzing the landscape all round the Mersey with a lighthouse style beam. Magic.

Still think a type of bowl stadium but in the shape of the badge would be great, would also help with the wind coming in on the dockside.
