I did notice they'd moved away from the wall a bit. I still think it will probably be slightly restricted even like that. It will reduce the number of seats though and they'll be able to see further along the touchline until the bottom edge towards the corner flag tappers off. Of course it might change further so we'll only know once they've been bolted in place.
Gives me something to do when it's open. Perhaps if I can get to a test event I can make a beeline to that area to provide a definitive answer.
