Would have thought so. UEFA category 4 stadiums have to have a pitch of 105m plus a few meters of turf for the apron around it. Should make it large enough for rugby.

Ya wasn't too sure if there would be enough room between the sideline and stands for rugby. Hopefully there is so there can be an opportunity to host a final like that.
