I think now that it will most likely have something like “Don’t forget, AS Roma are the flagship”
Think of the spotlight from Batman...but with a wolf's head (Lupetto) instead

Im suprised the club hasn't "sold" Goodison to a linked entity to boost the PSR coffers like Villa did / Chelsea with the hotel.
Would make sense whilst we still have it.
Hang on how much is the RMF loan? No way Goodison covers that is there ?We are unable to do this as our loan with RMF is secured against Goodison.
This is what prevented Elstone and Kenwright from building a hospitality suite on the Park End car park, although it may have been a different lender at the time.

Plus isn't it kinda like your mortgage provider stopping you from extending your house to increase the value ?
225m.I believe the RMF loan is about 150 million, and it’s not just secured by Goodison, it is principally secured by our TV money, but it includes Goodison as security as well.
The Park End hospitality suite deal involved offering the land behind the Park End to kitbag or someone, in return for kitbag or someone building the hospitality suite with a retail shop on the ground floor. Quite a lot of planning went into it, only for the creditor to object and scupper the deal completely.
This question was actually answered on one of the recent drone videos. Apparently Laing O’Rourke won’t be involved in them, it will be arranged by the club after the handover. It also said the slow filling of the Western side water channel will start on November 24th and that the barrel cladding on the western side is due to be finished by August 9th.Have the personalised stones been laid yet from the initial phase? Haven't heard anything from EFC.
If that's the case then I expect them to be installed some time AFTER the stadium has openedOne of the drone guys recent vids said that Everton are taking charge of the stones themselves & will be done after LoR have handed over the completed stadium build mid November.
With this information i fully expect the stones to be laid the wrong way up & laid in the shoddiest way humanly possible.
Actually, may have got that date about the water channel wrong. Not sure a specific date was given, but the channel is gonna start to be dug out on July 24th and they have a 10-week window to complete it. So should be starting to get filled in sometime in October. Handover is scheduled well before we’re due to play innit though. Hence why the club did a survey about moving mid season or at the end of it.If that's the case then I expect them to be installed some time AFTER the stadium has opened

Surely it'll just be the company that made the stones that will install them. This question was actually answered on one of the recent drone videos.
