Everything in the London Stadium is covered by the tax payer (Boris and can’t remember her name but she was running tbe club with the porn guys)
West Ham got the track relayed to claret, moving the stands for baseball and relaying the pitch, changing the curved movable stands to straight ones. All the refurbishment in hospitality is paid for basically sorted via our tax.
And of course the completely unnecessary change of the roof during renovation for them, and only 93 years left of that agreement.
