New Everton Stadium

You've just answered your own question of "how will it make a difference?" Without it, we're worse off.
I was actually referring to the fact that it won’t make any difference on the pitch, which is what it’s actually all about, however you appear to be happy that somebody is going to be making a few quid and the angle of the seats in relation to the pitch is just right…….

As usual someone has an opinion you don’t like so start with the kopite shouts, no new ground is going to make the slightest bit of difference, if in doubt see Spurs, Stoke City, Derby County, Middlesbrough
Your lot are really bothered about our new stadium
Don’t see why but it really gets under your skin

Football is changing.
I think the current model sustaining the few elite clubs is not a long term solution.
The consternation last season involving Everton , Forest, Leicester and City plus the complete manipulation of the rules by Chelsea has brought the game into disrepute and can't be allowed to continue.

The new stadium when open will provide Everton with an opportunity to improve substantially but the governance of the club must improve or for us it won't matter what happens because we won't be able to avail of any uplift.

And when we get a new rich owner, that goes with our new state of the art ground, new sponsorships, ground sponsors, new shirt sponsors. We're struggling now but there is hope on the horizon you just have to look.
The only new owner we get will be looking to make alot of money, they know Evertonians will be happy with 8th place and a quarter final in one of the cups, maybe the odd derby win, that is if we manage to stay in the premier league

The money made off the pitch directly affects what can be spent on the pitch. How are you not getting this? I'm kind of caught between whether you are on the wind up, or just ignorant.

I mean, it's not like there is a lack of conversation about this kind of stuff, even on this very website. Just a cursory glance at what has been going on with us for the last 3 years definately, but probably the last 2 decades would make you very aware that the more money a team can generate, the better the team they can afford. That fact is only becoming even are important as the PL ticks on year upon year.

Yeah in our case the difference between solvency and insolvency, nothing that’s going to take us to even a Spurs, Villa, Newcastle level, if you’re in doubt as to the reality of how crap we are, we’ve just made winless Southampton look like peak Real Madrid and been booted out the cup on our own ground again

Unfortunately my lot are Everton and being realistic I just don’t see the new stadium making that much difference, however you keep clinging on to the last fragment of hope
Absolutey no way you're a blue. I've yet to read a single positive thing from you. Your post history is littered with negativity. You're either constantly criticising the club, the stadium, the team, the manager or fellow supporters.

If there's even the slightest chance you might be a blue then I recommend you go and support someone else. The level of negativity and bitterness on display is, quite frankly, unhealthy.
