Only worrying part was from Anderson's original interview on this where he said he preferred the dock but then went on to gush how the council would fall over themselves to help us if we went for a council site. Hope they haven't sweetened the deal so much that we've gone for it.

It might as well not be in the city. Terrible location for a new stadium, if that is actually what is on offer i'd much rather stay at Goodison.

Yea just noticed it's in croxteth and nowhere near the docks. Poor show if they've gone for the boring cheap option.
