Yes I understand it wont be double cost. But even 3 times plus inflation is about 100 million. But Premier league clubs get ripped off! 300 million is ridiculous and not plausible for us..Double the size, double the cost? If only it worked like that.... If you doubled the size of MK Dons stadium, it would likely cost 3-4 times more.
Maybe we should groundswap with Manure. We need more capacity they need less.
And the seats are the wrong colour. I didn't think it through very well FFSNar, the legroom in their seats is as bad as ours.

Another oversight, I've failed miserably. And it's in Manchester.

In April, Liverpool City Council reaffirmed its commitment to working with Everton on the prospect of a new stadium.
It was last year the Toffees revealed they were exploring options for a new home inside the city boundaries of Liverpool.
Everton did not find themselves at Goodison on their return from the international break, but claimed three points nonetheless as they beat West Bromwich Albion 2-0.
Romelu Lukaku and Kevin Mirallas were both on target for Roberto Martinez's men at the Hawthorns.
My attitude is we can move to Heaven if we could, but if the quality of the stadium is going to be on the el cheapo like the one they previously tried to con a predominantly ignorant supporter base with, then it would be wrong for the Club long term.....only a select few will profit.
What's the betting this never gets built
