imo I honestly can't see it being Stone bridge Cross. Absolute dive of a location.
If he's in it for the money, he would surely spend a bit more of his money safe in the knowledge his ROI would be huge with a waterfront stadium and all the benefits that would go with it alongside a top premier league club
If he's in it for the long haul, he chooses the waterfront stadium knowing it would have a huge impact on people's perception of who the leading club in the city is. In turn he makes more money.
I would be devastated, absolutely 100% devastated if we chose SC. I want something iconic, something ahead of everyone else, unique, viewable from the Mersey looking over the City. I want something Everton, SC would not deliver us anything if that note imo
