New Everton Stadium

Thanks Andy, will the prices be ridiculous do you reckon? Looks very exclusive and so few seats for the area, wheelchairs notwithstanding.
I expect the accessible areas will be priced like normal season tickets, it would be discriminatory to charge them more just because of the amount of space that is needed. Ultimately, wheelchair users need more space to manoeuvre than able bodied supporters so the areas set aside for them impacts quite considerably on standard seating provision.

Looking at it, there's about a 1 in 30 slope on the paving across the end.

That whole area, either side of the seating plinth, will need to slope quite a bit to deal with the level difference.
I assumed the top of the dock would be level (or close too), if that was across the entire plaza the dock walls would have to have been well out of level.

and how will they do this migration process

stand by stand?

The levels across the existing dock varied so the floor levels inside the stadium also vary in places to suit. That's why the seating plinths were introduced in the fan Plaza ( along with the retaining wall to the North East corner) to deal with the changes in internal floor level and tie back into existing levels.

That and the requirement for a minimum floor level due to potential future flood risk.

My God off. I didn't know whether they were corporate or disabled areas. I asked a simple question and recieved informative replies. Save your my gods for somebody else.

Yes mate, they were the seats I was referring to. Spacing of the seats seemed massively wide, whether it be corporate or disabled. Thanks for the reply too 👍

Yes you asked a question and you received answers. Then you said this. So no I won't.

Don't want calling out? Don't say stuff like this. The areas are NOT too big for disabled people. They are that way so people can sit side by side just like any other fan can with friends and family.
