Genuine question here, @The Esk, but how come you've got a bit of an inside track on info now? This isn't meant to trip you up - far from it. Did you have a similar link to [someone within] the club pre-Moshiri? If not, how come since then?

There's no shortage of people on here who will think that's all just talk. I for one believe that Moshiri has a genuine plan in place to "wake the giant" and will carry it out. It's called faith - should it be proven to be hogwash then fine, I'll fume along with everyone else. But I can't see that happening.

Joe Anderson is clearly doing his job at trying to flog a dead piece of land to someone with a load of money.

But Moshiri isnt stupid, the Waterfront may never come off so he has to look at other options - Stonebridge Cross is unfortunately one of them.

Do think the Clubs first choice is far and away the Waterfront.
