I agree.

The Mayor turns up to a meeting with a brochure produced by him. Why does that's shock anyone? That shouldn't be cause to lose any heads.

He's turned up with his bit, we've probably turned up and said 'we'd like the docks actually Joe'.

People seem to panic for no reason these days. Has anything been announced? No.

Has anyone said 'we are going to L11 and that's final'? No.

Keeps your hair on lads.
 
For a stadium to be built in 2 years I can't see it being SC.

planning would take up a signifcant time of that for SC given it is surrounded by a built up area. I can't be sure but I would have thought it would need a change of use which would come under significant objection I would have thought, but I am sure someone is better placed than me to confirm.

The docks whilst planning would be needed, I would imagine this would be straight forward as there is only Waterloo docks that is residential and let's be honest, derilict dock or start of the liverpool waters development with a centre peice of a stadium!!

Still say I think it will be the docks

Hi Jal, I suspect currently there's maybe half a dozen people who know where the new stadium will be.

Joe would like it to be SC for obvious reasons. Everton's preference is the docks. Ultimately though it comes down to what price they have to pay and what planning considerations there will be on Peel's site.

I doubt this will be leaked before the decision is announced, it's far too sensitive.
