For a stadium to be built in 2 years I can't see it being SC.
planning would take up a signifcant time of that for SC given it is surrounded by a built up area. I can't be sure but I would have thought it would need a change of use which would come under significant objection I would have thought, but I am sure someone is better placed than me to confirm.
The docks whilst planning would be needed, I would imagine this would be straight forward as there is only Waterloo docks that is residential and let's be honest, derilict dock or start of the liverpool waters development with a centre peice of a stadium!!

Hi Jal, I suspect currently there's maybe half a dozen people who know where the new stadium will be.
Joe would like it to be SC for obvious reasons. Everton's preference is the docks. Ultimately though it comes down to what price they have to pay and what planning considerations there will be on Peel's site.
I doubt this will be leaked before the decision is announced, it's far too sensitive.

No it wouldn't be, my personal opinion is that we will be sited on the docks.

I think we will be at the docks too; but I do disagree. I think SC would be a disaster.
I cant see Moshiri being the type to go against his wishes though. Especially for the outlay.
