New Everton Stadium

I hope the club will allow people have a look around the inside of the ground once they have complete the hand over. Even just on a match day morning to it would be a good idea to have it open so people can have a walk through some of the concourse areas and get an early chance to sample the views from some of the stands. It dosen`t need to be a guided tour, but I`m sure on a match day there`d be a good stream of people who`d like to see the inside first hand and pay a fiver to get in for a look.
If anyone has been to Madrid and done their stadium tour they`ll see how it could be done. There you buy your tour ticket and then head in at one of the turnstiles. Then you follow a route around in your own time and walk through a lot of the areas behind the scenes. There`s plenty of people at each area to make sure people are following the tour route and takes in several different seating views, the museum, press area and dressing rooms.
It wouldn`t be about making huge income but more to let the fans get a feel of the ground that we`ve waited so long for.

Yes, the Madrid match day tour (and their tours more generally) are the level we should be aspiring to given the breathtaking stadia we will both have. Numbers would need to be limited here for logistics as they are in Madrid but very doable.

Also, would hope the new owners explore opening some of the bars/catering (perhaps fan zone if demand there) when we are playing away. Done right, that too is a potential serious revenue generator. For security / police resourcing reasons, can’t see it working for the derby but all other fixtures it should be possible.

Another phase of the Liverpool Waters scheme. Due to start properly sometime in the new year.

The images you see for that area are not actual proposals though, just an idea what to expect. Peel never develop without other people's money and that's why it's been derelict for so long. They were said to get £55m off the government though to prepare the land and make it interesting to potential developers. I was hoping it was to do with that but Peel usually make a song and dance about things and I haven't heard anything which is why I'm confused.

So this season will be my last as someone in the 22-24 year old concession band and therefore next season will be my first year as a full price paying adult. For my season ticket in the Park End this season as a full price adult it would've been £740 I think.

How much do we expect this to go up by when me move into the new ground, do we think? £100, £200 maybe?

Hopefully this infill to the dock wall weathers in...because it looks quite turd at the minute.

Presume it will look like the concrete finish in between the rail tracks eventually.

Yeah I reckon they'll get it looking great as lots of those parts they're filling in is the original dock wall edge. Don't think they'll want it looking scruffy compared to how much detail they've put in on that fan plaza, some amazing brickwork has gone into it so far.

I can see it going up by £115. This season it works out as being £38.95 per game pro-rata. I reckon this'll go up to £45 per game, then the match day tickets that go on sale being £55 a game the same as they are now. Just my thoughts like.
