Love it when you start with the clock tower in the foreground. It's by far my favourite view of the stadium from there.

I can see prices going up more than last year. Am expecting the worse, will then moan and moan and renew anyway!Too much red in that park! Knock the stadium down and move it.
That's just inflationary rises though across the board. The question will be do the club use the move to say "you're getting a better match day experience and it has to be paid for" type thing and increase beyond those kind of percentage increases. Soon be finding out anyhow.
That's because they had a Manhatten style vision for Liverpool Waters originally. That was back in 2007 and almost 20 years on it's barely progressed and has been scaled back enormously. We've done them a massive favour by developing the northern end of the scheme.Peel are useless. They didn't want a football stadium there for 20 years.
I love that approach myself, thanksLove it when you start with the clock tower in the foreground. It's by far my favourite view of the stadium from there.
Nice! Once they finish it (and before other projects start), will we be able to walk from the city centre to BMD via this park? They're building the Park/ Public Realm and associated infrastructure. This should serve as a catalyst for future development of the Central Docks.

I'm not sure if it includes the rest of the river walk up to the stadium. In theory if that and this is completed then yes.Nice! Once they finish it (and before other projects start), will we be able to walk from the city centre to BMD via this park?
They're the original rail track lines mate.

There's an image of what it could look like thrown in with the planning documentation for the park though.I'm not sure if it includes the rest of the river walk up to the stadium. In theory if that and this is completed then yes.
I've actually heard that it's for the players? No longer will DCL s**t himself when faced with a 1 on 1. He'll instead be taken for a quick walk before the match. And that bit of artificial grass on the fan plaza is for dogs to crap on
There will be another one down the other end.
Not objecting to it, that area needs rejuvenation, but it is incredibly dull looking.I'd settle for another half dozen off the peg, budget hotels around that area. Hardly nothing has been built there since the 1950's. I can't see why anybody would object to that hotel, personally.

Hopefully thats where Dan Friedkin steps in with his property development. Id like us to go for Nelson dock and build a mini everton village, shops, restaurants, etc around it, and ensure the "reflective pool" remains in tact. The images you see for that area are not actual proposals though, just an idea what to expect. Peel never develop without other people's money and that's why it's been derelict for so long. They were said to get £55m off the government though to prepare the land and make it interesting to potential developers. I was hoping it was to do with that but Peel usually make a song and dance about things and I haven't heard anything which is why I'm confused.
