New Everton Stadium

Opinions eh. Doesnt need to be based on that. The club should know how many groups there are ie 2 or more. Not like theyve had years tho is it?
I can't recall whether they asked about groups in the supporter survey they rolled out, I'm pretty sure they did so based on the numbers that responded they should have an idea of the scale of the problem. That may well have driven their decision.

The way I see it, and you're free to disagree, is that currently there is a mechanism for existing and new groups to sit together in a way that would only impact their group. If they did it in any other way then there would be a lot of supporters potentially losing out on seat options by others being bumped ahead of them.

Yep, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for lots of people to relocate next to/near friends and family which has been pretty difficult for years. We are in the same boat and between the dozen or so of us who would like to sit close together, we can either all wait or split into small groups and just try to get as close to each other as we can when our turn comes. I don't think the way the club have done it is unfair at all, anything else would have been open to abuse from the alternatives I've seen mooted.

The more I see of the inside of the stadium the more I like it. It is very modern looking but still seems to have a traditional english stadium style look to it, tight to the pitch and not a boring bowl shape. I`ve only seen it on tv, but the Spurs stadium feels like it went overboard on the hospitality levels and has more of a look like an NFL stadium then a traditional football ground, which the old White Hart Lane was a great example of.

Perhaps the speed with which you throw the numbers out are an indication that arrogance isn’t just on one side of the table for your podcasts.

Let’s be clear here, you have not got a history of trying to use the death of someone to further a narrative, you have not got a history of arguing with actual experts about a topic you have no expertise in and largely, you have no history in trying to sway a fanbase towards a takeover bid you are closely connected to but Esk does.

The man is a parasite that has leeched off our fanbase for years with his negativity and over the last few we have been an easy target because there’s a lot of negatives to go around.

Hopefully once the Friedkin group come in then can stabilise things and he can fade back into the obscurity of his little bunker from wherever in the world he hides but I have no doubt he will have some negative story to push.
No arrogance at all pal - I was merely stating a fact.

If TtB was talking bollocks, and after well over 300 episodes, I seriously doubt that the numbers that listen would still tune in faithfully whenever we publish the podcast and now the transcript version (for those who are hard of hearing) that has been incredibly well received.

Your characterisation of him 'leeching off our fanbase' infers that he has made personal gain from his articles and the podcasts - nothing could be further from the truth - is 100% inaccurate and therefore, grossly offensive.

He/we have NEVER monetised his articles nor the podcasts - everything is published free to read/listen to and moreover, free of any adverts.
The same cannot be said of others.

Different strokes for different folks, but the Spurs stadium is magnificent IMO. Inside is the best I've ever seen. The outside I prefer the look we've gone for, but I think Spurs is literally the standard in world football now.

Obviously it's going to be very hard to get the seating right, especially when multiple people are involved.

Which is why I think anyone who's owned a season ticket for the last 4 seasons should have been barred from getting one in the new stadium.

Our slow and tragic demise is basically because of them. If anything they should be to subjected to 19 games worth of intense booing just to try and even things out a bit.

I went to my first away game at White hart Lane and always enjoyed watching games there. I hope to get there in the next couple of years to see first hand what its like in the flesh.

It will be worth the wait,
