Here's a question unrelated to the pitch.
Is the concourse between the East lower and Upper designed with the idea that if more boxes are needed they can be fitted after the fact? Same for the area between the north upper and lower?

Currently looks like there are toilets/bars behind that wall:

However the West stand has the boxes with the toilets behind them and just a narrowed concourse:

So would say very possible to refit if required.

Would be typical Everton though if they’ve forgot to accommodate space for the cameras and had to take seats out last minute. Wouldn’t be surprised.

Whilst I wouldn't be surprised at anything Everton do, they're not the ones designing the stadium and I've every faith in the consultants who developed the scheme.

Even so, I can't think of a single other stadium that has even one camera stuck in the middle of a stand like that let alone three.

The work of a stand seat counter upper lower east west north south advisor executive, is never finished Jimi. I appreciate though that the architects have redrawn all the south stand renders to put a pic of me on the back row with a pair of binoculars that I'm certain I'd be able to see Peru in due to their size.

Just looked at the official Everton.com footage of the stadium and it puts the size into perspective with the angles. looks massive rather than the usual drone footage. Looking good.

Having this crème de la menthe pitch is all well and good but when are the wind speed gauges and atmospheric pressure sensors going in, all that is far more important for Dycheball.
Last thing we need is 60yard lofted passes being caught up in a squall. We would look like a bunch of Sunday leaguers.
