Funnily enough, I'd really like us to have distinctive goal posts and nets at the new stadium. Football these days is so homogenous. I remember the goal posts and nets that clubs like Barcelona and PSV Eindhoven had in the 80s. Even English clubs had distinctive goal posts back in the day. Now it's all samey conformity.

Let's have deep goal nets that go back into the crowd so that when DCL blammos one in it won't even rattle the net.

I agree, you always get early darters for a while load of reasons. I know people who leave just to get to the pub for a pint. There might be transport concerns for some but the fact that the bars will be open for a period after the match should help ease the worst if the rush for trains and buses.

I disagree people usually leave early as they need to make transport links - I think it'll take longer to get away from BMD so it'll increase.
I think the desire to remain at a football ground after an event is overstated.

Impossible to say at the moment. Let's wait and see how good the facilities are and (more importantly) how much a pint costs. We are entering uncharted waters. We all have opinions and suggestions how things might work out, but until we are in and settled in, it's just guess work. Do we know if the 5.30pm Sky game will be broadcast inside the ground, for example?
