I used to live in the street next to this and remember when it exploded and water was shooting out the top of it
….i spent plenty of time in Margaret St baths but I don’t remember the water tower bursting. It’s a fabulous building, inside and out.

So a stadium built 2,000 years ago had a similar capacity. That’s progress for youIt seems somewhat apt that whilst we are on the verge of being taken over by the Friedkin group who also own Roma I thought it was interesting to note that the Colliseum in Rome has a similar capacity to our new stadium. Some modern historians reckon the Colliseum had a capacity of around 50,000 to 60,000
We’re on the verge of building our own colliseum
Imagine the noise that will come out of that thing
The Colliseum would have been bigger but they couldn’t get planning permissionSo a stadium built 2,000 years ago had a similar capacity. That’s progress for you
Well you should know. The Colliseum would have been bigger but they couldn’t get planning permission

No stop being pessimistic, 38000 to 52000 is progressSo a stadium built 2,000 years ago had a similar capacity. That’s progress for you
Raised capacity, increased commercial capabilities and increased revenue streams, especially through hospitality, can't be called anything else but progress. No stop being pessimistic, 38000 to 52000 is progress
not queuing for 20 minutes to get something to drink eat or go for a p#££ is progress
not trying to see what's happening down the touchline because there is a massive pillar in the way is progress
and most of all the stink of mediocrity that has built up through the decades of this club will give every fan and the club as a whole a ginormous lift will be progress
The big money earner will be the huge increase in on site hospitality. I`ve been watching video clips of other clubs hospitality options and other clubs must be making great money out it. There seems to be plenty of folks willing to fork out 200 quid and upwards to see a game with the added attraction of having a nice lounge to get fed and have pints only a couple of minutes from your seat. Might come at a cost to local pubs business but around BMD there dose n`t seem many options yet.No stop being pessimistic, 38000 to 52000 is progress

Just as our last ever game is not on the last day of the season - as it's got to be all about them and their big finishBe a bit of a waste of money during day light, the opening game will be in August so unless it's a 10 pm kick off there won't be much point in fireworks. But we do need to do something big and special for the occasion.
Could be a possible game for Friday night football. This season was Utd v Fulham on the Friday.Just as our last ever game is not on the last day of the season - as it's got to be all about them and their big finish
Our 1st Ever BMD game won't be on the first day of the season - as it's got to be all about them and their big start
