New Everton Stadium

I believe its still going to be the Lower North West, (the mirror side from the away fans Lower North East) View attachment 282565
It's a bit of a shame, in my opinion, that they've allocated that area as the family stand. It's a bit of a crappy vantage point tucked in the corner down at pitch level. I understand from a short term economic viewpoint that saving the better seats for higher tickets price paying supporters is more lucrative but in the medium to long term we have to make sure that the next generation of fans have an experience that makes them want to come back.

Those views will be great. You have to remember the steep angle means that once you are 5/10 rows up you probably get the best balance of view and closeness to the pitch.

My season ticket as a kid was in the family enclosure at Goodison and the seat was the bottom Tier of the Main Stand near the corner flag next to the Gwladys so in that regard the positioning is almost identical. However the stands are steeper and roomier than Goodison so its still an improvement on what we have now.

Slow of me I know but I have just realised the water effect paving is exactly where the original dock basin was, impressive.😳
I was struck when watching a drone video the other day how great they look when wet, too.

Night games, bit of rain, glossy reflection off the fan plaza... this ground is going to look great from every angle.
