I’m a bit suprised there’s only a 1:1 ratio for disabled fans and their companions (afaik). Those areas look like they could take more people / another row along the back wall and still have room to manoeuvre a wheel chair etc.
Always seemed strange that family of 3 or 4 for example, with 2 or 3 able bodied persons would have to be split up.
Nb unless I’m mistaken but would gladly be corrected!

I wouldn't be surprised if these areas are lightly modified in future to accommodate additional rows of seating, if demand requires it. As you say it looks feasible to add a row behind without impeding wheelchair access.

Do think the club have gone slightly OTT with baby changing areas, 95 seems excessive, even the toilets look like a crazy amount. Surely could have used a few of the areas to serve more food and drink kiosks.

Goodison clearly lacks enough toilets, BMD defo won’t. Suppose less time peeing and more time drinking

I reckon a hologram of Chairman Bill giving fans a guided tour of the South Stand, before it's revealed at the end of the video that it is to be named the 'Bill's Boy's Pen' and a reveal shot to show one of those statue placeholders outside the East Stand has been filled with a figure of the man himself.

Not just going to be for football though (hopefully) so things like a baby changing may not get much use at games (albeit there’s a few on here need their nappies changing frequently)
Besides they’re probably only a fold down changing decks in some of the traps, i doubt they’re taking much, if any of the footprint away.
