New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Because he compromised to get the gig.
what does this even mean.
The club said here's the site, here's what we want, and here's our budget.
He drew up plans to a few different specs.
The club didn't even retain his services and hired an engineering firm for the western terrace.
Then he came back on board.
No idea where he compromised.

How blessed are we lads with this stadium. The improved facilities within the structure itself and just outside the gates, 3 pubs in a row. You'd imagine the hotel in the corner will get in on the act for matchdays, you got the BM itself, posher dressed folk can visit the Titanic. They'll probably be another few pop up on Regent Road and then you can imagine the amount of places that will be around Nelson Dock when that has finished.

Got a night in the Titanic booked later this month. Made sure we got a corner room overlooking the stadium.

It'll be the first time I've spent a prolonged amount of time in the area. Looking forward to soaking up the vibes.
