If they haven't employed passive rainwater harvesting, you'd have to think most runoff dumps back in to the sea from whence it came or is that not environmentally friendly enough.

I'd also like tk know when the roof is going to do that oxidised colour as well where it all looks the same colour instead of dark panels so ask them about that please mate.

Plus can you double check what can they do with the gas hob lights.
