Did they build the stadium wrong ? Pitch looks like a massive square instead of a rectangle

Just wondering where on the stadium will the naming rights company name and logo go...and how many sides of the stadium? I suppose for maximum exposure from tv companies they'll want it at the West Stand.

The pitch famously won’t fit, mate.

Everyone on the project been hoping no one will notice, but we’ve been onto them since day one in this thread.

LOR are counting down the days until handover. The second it’s done, they are under strict orders from management to scatter to the four winds and not stop until they reach a new continent.

It would be on top of the roof, or on the glass at each end.

They've put astro turf down around the perimeter, and don't forget, the pitch markings will not be on the very edge of the turf, so it probably does appear to be a bit oddly shaped.

Still surprised they pumped out the water in the dock, before they started construction work.
