I've tried to read between the lines and can't fathom it.... if having to wait a further season for a friend/family member for example, and you don't buy your seat next season , is it still guaranteed for the following one also?

If you buy the membership for the next year then that should keep them towards the top of the list. However if you pass up this chance and all the ST allocation sells out, if the number of holders that relinquish their ST for the year after don't get up to her position then you wouldn't get one.

The TFG could think after the first year they want to get the ST total down to 25k and then it could take years to get one. While you have a chance...

I messed up badly in 2020 making assumptions. I've missed out by one membership year (I have 4, but only those with 5 since 2018 have made it). I basically didn't buy a membership that year because I didn't think we'd stay out of lockdown long enough to make it worthwhile, and I guess we didn't. But its screwed me over

Yeeeeeeeeeeees me and my lads just got our emails, we’re finally getting our season tickets. We were in the 1000 to 1500 range.

Our sale period is from March 12th

Yes I’ve been told I can buy from March 12th. It’s confirmation, they’re not saying I can buy if there’s any left.

Understandable really why you made that decision and to be fair I don't think you would have got a seat in that season. I guessed I renewed just in the hope that lockdown would end at somepoint. I think I went to the utd game in Carlo's first (half) season here and then didn't go again until Benitez was in charge, missing that lockdown season completely.

Yeah I was the game before United and also didn't go back until that following season. So annoyed with myself though, that one decision has made me miss out.
