Did they ever do any renders of the inside of the stadium? I only remember that one plus an aerial one which made it look even crapper

Good roaming run from Hibbert there.
I've seen this mentioned previously on here. Where is the evidence to verify this? The only way United Utilities, or anyone for that matter, can attempt to prevent any development is through the planning process. United Utilities are a statutory consultee for all development, there isn't a single objection from them published that I can find. I don't even know what basis they would have for objecting to the development
Furthermore, why would they then lease LoR/ Everton land for the duration of the build if they were against the stadium in the first place. Makes zero sense.
Hi Andy, I was actually out earlier with one of the senior project managers, shown your post and he burst out laughing.
It was actually a Scot who told me this originally when they first started the piling.
You have no idea how planning permission documents are published in the preliminary rounds whilst discussions with peel holdings are going on.
Please can you stop acting like you and your mate the esk are those who know everything about Everton.
Just so you know, your speaking to the wrong Andy if you think this is the Andy who does the podcast with esk.
I still shake my head wondering how this basket case of a club has done it.
Just checked and he's usually supportive of him. Either way he's chatting nonsense.
Not sure why your replying to my post with a middle finger when I'm just clarifying to you that you thought he was someone else.
Ild love to see that 2008 stadium thread. It's not the case. There was loads of opposition. It's just Dave being Dave.

There'd be some red faces on here if it resurfaced.
If you mean this post @BullensRoad then why wouldn't I like it? He's not coming across as a smart arse, he's asking if there's evidence to verify this.
And he's right, why would UU lease the land to Everton if they had such an issue with the stadium in the first place?
I'm assuming you'll give the middle finger to other 6 people who also liked his post as well.
All the best.
The abiding image I have now of Destination Kirkby is Kenwright and Earl inside FC Koln's stadium for a photo op - making it look like Tescodome could be as good as even Rhine Energie stadion. There would be, but when you're starving even plain old crackers seem like a tasty meal.
