New Everton Stadium

He's never come across to me as someone with principle.

He's courted the fans too much, and he accepted demotion by the club and then accepted a sinecure role in the stadium's latter stages.

He's tried to be all people to all men and ended up looking daft.
oh dave, this is pretty low.
Meis did his job excellently.
He's now a supporter just like me and you.
If you know anything about his remit, it's clear that we were lucky to have him.

I went on the Goodison Tour today, which was really good, I recommend anyone who hasn’t already been on it, try to go, before we leave.

The one thing I was a bit surprised about was there isn’t a trophy room or museum. I get that there isn’t really space, Hopefully in the new stadium there will be and we can really showcase all of the trophies we have won throughout the years

The whole stadium (and club) at Goodison is a museum.

I agree - a proper museum at the new place is a must. I went to the United one at Old Trafford years ago - and it was great. All their own propaganda and paraphenelia, of course, but they also were clever enough to showcase the shirts of all-time legends who United players swapped shirts with in the past, so you had Maradona, Rummenigge, and Platini's shirts all there from encounters the likes of Whiteside and Robson had in the 80s. That gave it a new dimension for me.

Ye, Bilbao have a great interactive part to their tour, talking though each decade and the successes in each. Really interesting and like that, all their own propaganda / paraphernalia / jersiies etc.

A good few years ago there was a display in the Libary in town with stuff from the David France Everton Collection that spanned the history of the club.
