New Everton Stadium

That was the single most stressful thing I have ever done. Horrendous, 10:01, tickets in the basket spent 15 minutes with my two ideal seats in my basket cause it wouldn't let me progress into the purchasing page. Told me to refresh the page to resolve the issue, binned my tickets out, then they were then not available, nor anything around me. Searched for another two together, went back and across, picked out the next two, put in basket, Then I was given a notice that I was a staff purchaser and couldn't purchase the number I wanted. Started again, managed to get the exact same two seats, checked the details, seat, block etc, paid, then the receipt detailed a different block number which is further towards the corner than the seats I'd put in my basket.

It shouldn't be this difficult. Id consider myself fairly tech savvy, I really feel for those that aren't.

It was never going to be simple.

Same experience. Stressful.

Where did you go for mate?

I find that absolutely insane that they haven't got it updated yet so it is seat specific. Really poor from the club
Club view block 322 but the seats I would've went for had a massive unexplained glass plane in the way on the viewer and they were the only seats for about 9 rows and 50 seats. I can't see it actually existing when it comes to it but it was too big a gamble for £1200 that I end up watching the match through a window!

What's the chances that in that process of page refreshing some people have paid for two lots of tickets by 'mistake' and will only find out when they get their next balance?

Same lost 4 prjme seats i wanted had to settle for others

I know I have a ticket and many haven't, or cant, and its largely in the area I wanted which suits my Dad mobility wise and everything. But I had it in my head the exact area I wanted, and ticketmaster seem to have done me out of those seats. I had the seats I wanted in my basket at 10:01, and it just would not let me progress, no matter what I did.

I'm still shaking. My fingers went numb and my whole body got pins and needles. I'm pretty sure I've just narrowly avoided a heart attack.

Yeah I see where you mean mate. Looks like it's at the bottom of the stairs to stop people taking a run and jump out of the stand 😆

Hold on, these people aren't rich and this is THE purchase of their existence - they have every right to be able to see what they're getting and not buying a pig in a poke.

Dave, the seat viewing that you have is not far from the seat that you pick. It gives you a very good idea of what the view will be like, while not being from the actual seat. There are less season ticket holders than there will be seats, so if people are buying seats that they feel might be at risk of a 'restriction', then its not because nothing else is available.
