Thank you for entering the ballot for the first Everton Stadium test event on Monday 17 February.

There was high demand for this event and, unfortunately, you were not successful in the ballot on this occasion.

We can see that you have also entered the ballot for the second test event. The ballot for the second test event will be drawn next week and we will contact you again to let you know whether or not you have been successful.

Please remember, any supporters who are unsuccessful in the ballots for the first two Everton Stadium test events will be guaranteed a ticket for the third test event, which will take place later in the 2024/25 season. More information on the third test event and how tickets will be allocated will be communicated in due course.

For the test event:

Daughter has a ticket in her EFC account, but no email.
I have an email sent to me but labelled with the name of one of my sons, but no ticket in my EFC account.
Sons have no emails or tickets, but are listed in the email sent to me with son's name.

No email, so went to check my Account / Purchase History and the option has completely disappeared. Can only see Network and Payment Details. This is same for anyone else? Worried cos I've just forked out for 2 season tickets and can't see any history of it now (even though i've had confirmation of that etc)
