Do you happen to know what area of the roof?

For anyone as curious as I was... these are the logos of the two big mooted names, mapped onto the area the planning docs specify as the areas for roof sponsorship signage.

They both look fine, and don't overpower the stadium as I feared they might.

Thanks for that. The East stand one will be interesting to see how/if that goes as from service hatch to the solar panels we have that line of cabling that would get in the way of a full length sign.

I don’t think it’d make much odds to just not paint / put any vinyl on the cabling. It’s not super thick.

Yeah but this is Everton so I fully expect the signage to be distorted & ends up looking like Wank Of America in 50 ft letters.

Wasn’t there supposed to be two huge Everton crests in chrome or pewter on the corners of the brick facade? I’m sure I read that here a while back

I just cant see any conservation group having this type of impact on us. The city Council basically turned their backs on UNESCO and told them to stick it. Historic England cant have that power.

I mean, dont get mew ting, Ild rather there was a very small logo of any commercial entity on this stadium, but I just cant see it.

I think that crowd you mention got involved somewhere !! The magnificent stadium roof did have to be lowered. They said it was too high. Think that did happen. Never mind it still looks acceptional. Onwards Evertonians.

That would be awesome. It’s a great stadium but just feels like it’s lacking prominent blue.

This will become more apparent over the next couple of months.
Like when you get a new house, we're at the bit where we are just waiting for the Mrs to lash the curtains n cushions n shizz about so we can call it home.

They’re painting the steel beams I think
