Still no idea whatsoever where im gonna sit.

BURNT HERE SEND HELP
I thought the minimum age thing was only for the South stand lower. You’d be alright with him in the upper wouldn’t you?

Can someone point the design flaw / obstructed views for me please? 🤣🤷🏻‍♂️
@AndyRJ

You won't know until we get a seat view that shows what it is like in that very corner against the wall, the natural sightline cuts across the South Stand to be able to see the corner flag on the other side. If you think people will be standing on the South that could create an obstacle to see over. It's just where exactly it intersects and how tall the wall is at that point.

It's not just that section though, it's the entire waterfront. We can't be referring to it as the fourth grace then completely remove it from that if it suits us. If we want to be part of one of the most recognisable waterfront in the world, then we have to be sympathetic to it.

Imagine if we had a large casino built on BMD instead of the ground, and it was lit up in bright neon lights, or a huge percentage covered in LED's that massively distracted your eye from the 3 graces. You'd rightly remove it from most images of the waterfront, as it would look out of place and be too distracting from the 'stars if the show'.
It doesn't scan that argument to me. It's almost 2 miles to the Pier Head from the new stadium with a load of nothingness in between.

We say Fourth Grace to wind 'them' up.

And the plan for the dockland/waterfront is a park in any case. Im sure there'll be some hotel's built but Everton's presence would be a stimulus and they wouldn't see a stadium illuminated at night a few hundred yards away as a hindrance.

It all comes down to poor choices made when lighting were considered in terms of the materials used on the barrel roof.

That's a proper tantalising video that one.

I can just see me locking me bike on one of these

Looks as though you’ll be able to see the pitch but nothing behind one of the goals
