Getting a bit concerned with the amount of timber & scaffolding being delivered.
Someone posted it was for painting the metal frame around the bottom of the barrel cladding. It looks way more serious than that .
Has something gone wrong , if so it looks large scale.
All part of the snagging out process hopefully

Don't suppose you've heard from anyone have you mate what all the scaffolding is for underneath the roof on the North and South East side? Is there still a skeleton crew of LoR still on site overseeing things?

I’m fearing the worst.

I’d be very surprised if they need all that scaffolding (with more to come) to paint the exposed beams.

Had a message from the club regarding the installation of the bricks on the "Everton Way" section outside the stadium the other week - supposed to have started on the 20th Jan- anyone have any word on how this is progressing?

Yeh, north stand, loads

Cheaper there too. People may be concerned about being near away fans, or being relocated for FA cup games (although I think the cup allocation is only the section above the ordinary away section) or perhaps the tighter concourse for that upper tier.

They have started, but apparently it will take time

North stand barely touched but I don't think many seats have gone so far, south lower still has lots left, I think a lot of people are waiting for later groups

In our group so far, 3 have gone club view, 4 SE corner upper and rest not qualified yet or waiting for later groups

Yeah I think once the South gets filled and the centre sections of the East and West then the those with less season ticket years will book Lower North instead. I suspect it'll be the upper and lower corners of East and West that will have the least takers.

Possibly the last drone vid, they had begun tarmacing that area, supposedly to level it/ strengthen it.
