Does there come a point when you decide against a season ticket rather than accept a seat you’re not particularly happy with for the sake of it? I’m assuming they’ll carry on the club memberships for priority access to tickets on a match by match basis next season? With the resale platform as well you’ll get the pick of the plum seats more often than not on a match by match basis. There could also be an opportunity to nab a “club view” ticket occasionally?

I don't know why, every year season tickets are forfeited, and usually existing holders will get 1st dibs... so there may be a chance in the near future to move a few times to what would be your perfect seat area, in the mean time you are right you can try all parts of the ground purchasing other people's seats when available, just list your own. If I cam I'm gonna try amd sit in every stand upper and lower except the family one next season
