That was the phrase used by my mum for weak tea. I always thought it meant pure! Research required! We used to call it Horrible Higsons! My dad always said it tasted like maidens water, don't know whether that's good or bad!

Downtown Raleigh has a convention center with this type of material. It's nice, and I think you're on to a great idea with that. It would look very 'modern' but with a huge eye to the area.A number of people have been talking about how the stadium should be in 'context' with the area/buildings around.
If it is a waterfront site, then imo the one constant is the water. Buildings are not necessarily the context.
Would anyone like to incorporate kinetic architectural design and give the facade the ability to change its look/appearance/shape as and when required?
Ignoring the building in the pics, this is how you can change the exterior -
The fact that you know that the ITK is probably not ITK, makes you an ITK. It's a vicious circle.Isn't today the day we are supposed to get an announcement according to that one 'ITK'?
Why do I feel that's incredibly unlikely.
The Spurs stadium is certainly looking a beaut. It will probably be the best in the country when opened.
One thing I want in the new stadium is a massive home end, with no boxes halfway up to ruin the atmosphere, like Spurs are planning above.
BUT make it the biggest capacity in the country, imagine the fume from certain residents of a particular stand at our former ground.

Why make it the biggest capacity? If we don't fill it it would look ridiculous with empty seats
Meant the home end ie bigger th the Kop. Happy with 50-55000 myself - don't want it too big tbh
