I belive that's being built at Finch Farm

Can't be more than a 6/7 minute walk from Sandhills.

30 minutes walk form the Pier Head, 25 minutes brisk walk, 20 minute speed walk. Try it on Google maps.

Never tried to walk on Google maps to be honest, is it easy?

I drove past the other day.

Exactly one mile from Liver building, and 0.7 mile from Sandhills station.

I'm told there's a cargo and maintenance line that links to the Merseyrail network that runs very close to the site, so there's potential for a dedicated station there
