Why would the club just say "yeah He's right", when it's up to them to announce it, probably want to do a presentation on it, and probably haven't signed off half of what needs to be signed off. Nope, the screenshots of Liverpool and the Emirates were taken at the same zoom level. Look at the size of it in comparison to the Echo arena - a 60k stadium would dwarf that.

Are you not sure it's not just Liverpool Echo Jounalists who are Kopite closets wanting to deny this how dare Everton FC have ambitions for a water front stadium- they were fuming if we had secured the Kings dock!
