I have and also calculated the acres and square feet area.

People think we'll take up the entire BM dock area when the reality is we will take each dock area we need. Particuarly as we will likely be bringing enablers for public transport improvements to the project that also needs to be factored in.

To be more correct, it was the only business that wouldn't sell. Nobody knows how or why the fire happened. The site was subject to a CPO in the end.

No two situations are the same, but what makes you think Everton would be immune to these things? I mean, even before anything has been revealed, we're already hearing squeals from people who don't want docks infilled, from UNESCO etc. If they make enough noise that this gets called in it could easily stall until the SoS has had his say.

Are you an architect now as well as financial kingpin and a legal eagle. Would you like to explain what other docks we'll be taking

How is the site to small? Fill the dock in as planned, have you rang them to confirm they are still letting areas around by the way?

Just quoting the stuff from the last few pages of this thread. I just want confirmation of what is happening - a few days ago this seemed a dead certain, now there's a bunch of questions going on

It's believed the land has been purchased that's all anyone really knows at the minute, the club will deny until everything is ready to be announced

Absolutely nothing has changed from a few days ago to today, other than idle chat in this thread. I would advise you to take a few deep breaths.

All of them. Row QZZ of the 14th tier will only be 20 or so feet from the liver building!

If we just look at the water area of the BM dock it probably does seem a little small on its own. But once you knock down the warehouses, the stadium could go right to the edge of the Nelson dock and a new walkway could be suspended over the water a la the taff side of the millennium stadium.

The same could be done over the Mersey, so could easily gain space in two directions.

It is, you really expect the club and council to come out and say "yes he is right it is very close" they won't say anything until it's done
