I have a vision of a smaller version of Albert Dock, with bars and restaurants and a club shop in one section, a large car park and then a stadium. Is this what people reckon will happen?

I'd like an entire football village to develop, with the stadium at the core, and all manner of side buildings coming off it. Much like the o2, where the actual venue is ensconced within the larger dome along with a street of eateries.I have a vision of a smaller version of Albert Dock, with bars and restaurants and a club shop in one section, a large car park and then a stadium. That's a good shout actually, the outer concourse at the 02 works really well as a concept. Not sure there is the space for this at the dock though with a stadium in the middle.I'd like an entire football village to develop, with the stadium at the core, and all manner of side buildings coming off it. Just imagine a complex the size of Wembley, with a smaller scale stadium at the centre, and super sized concourses with access to the stadium on one side and shops/bars/entertainment on the other. It'd be amazing.
If that is the case we need more than Bramley Dock imo, which is what we have all said and could be delaying any announcement.Depending upon who you talk to there is the prospect not only of the stadium itself but a complete football quarter being built as part of the same development.

Correct in terms of needing more land, which is where the talk of Clarence Dock is coming from (for the football quarter not stadium).
Heard from an ITK about 2 weeks ago, a business at the Clarence Dock has been asked to move on. Anyone else know anything?
I don't think anyone's worried. People are just curious about where the stadium will actually be and want to discuss it.Why are people worried about if there's enough land or not?
I'm sure that's something that enters the mind of the people planning to build a massive new stadium.
