I work near Sand hills mate and it's deffo the sewage works, its not all the time so maybe there's only certain processes that produce the smell but its there have no doubt.

Safe standing uses rail seating, which easily converts to seats for European matches. It's not a big deal at all.

Correct. Wolfsburg have it and you could either stand or sit when we played in them in the Europa League.

...I agree but there appears a demand. I doubt that demand is strong enough to make terracing happen for Everton but we need to respect that some fans want it.

Exactly. We've had a pretty crap transfer window after hoping for big things but really apart from that he's done nothing wrong and fingers crossed it looks like we're finally getting a stadium sorted. Like you say a year or two from now, if we're saying the same things then unfortunately we've become Villa.

Dont take any offence mate but you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about here, a simple bit of research shows that there is no danger of this whatsoever and it's much safer than standing in a seating area

I agree and as I said in another thread I don't know if he has the legal or official position to just come and change everything at the club, which will also cause resentment and mistrust. We want some commercial, smart, forward thinking business skills at the top and maybe something of what Arsenal have in the commercial dept. He might have to watch, understand and change things gradually instead of making sweeping changes in the first 6 months.
