no, but you can tell straight away if there are applications pending?To be clear I don't think any deal is done yet but according to the public data for 2015 it took the LR an average of 40 days to process a change in title with more complex cases taking up to 4 months. Even though you can submit online in almost all cases it isn't an instantaneous process to update the register.
